    The forum software doesn't have native support for avatars, but instead it relies on using Gravatars. To get your gravatar to show up, go to

    http://en.gravatar.com/

    and create your profile. You can set multiple email addresses, make sure that you use the same email address here as you set on Gravatar and it will all work great.

    After this any site that uses Gravatars, which includes the majority of WordPress blogs, will use that same avatar.
